You Are Admitted, Now What?
You are one step closer to being a UNT Dallas Trailblazer! All new undergraduate students are required to attend a New Student Orientation (NSO). Your next step is to register and attend NSO. There are several NSO options for incoming students. New Student Orientation's are 1-day events that focus on your needs and prepare you to be a UNT Dallas Trailblazer.
Registering for NSO is easy!
1. Login at https://my.untdallas.edu/ with your EUID and password.
2. Click “Student Center”.
3. Click “Register for UNTD Orientation”.
4. Select the NSO that fits within your schedule and click “save”.
Congratulations, you are registered for NSO!
NSO is created with you in mind! You will have the opportunity to meet other newly admitted students, learn about important policies and helpful resources, explore academic opportunities, and most importantly assure you will have a successful transition to UNT Dallas.
Academic Advising for all new students will be completed via your individual advising appointment. This appointment is scheduled and held outside the NSO experience. During this appointment with your Academic advisor they will be available to assist you in setting your first semester schedule!
A new student orientation fee is applied for each student who registers for orientation. The fee supplements the cost of new student “swag”, program implementation, facilities usages, and other resources to ensure you are supported your first year at UNT Dallas. You do not need to pay in advance in order to attend. The orientation fee is applied to your student account after you have attended your mandatory orientation session.
